KidZone Snow Days

When schools are closed due to winter weather conditions but the JCC is able to safely open, KidZone offers a Snow Day program from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Snow Day programs are for students in grades K-5.

Announcements of Snow Day programming will be made via email and on our website by 7:30 am the morning of the Snow Day.

On a Snow Day, children will engage in fun activities like arts & crafts, sports, and free time. And of course, sledding! Make sure to send your child with snow gear to enjoy time outside.

There will also be a kid-friendly movie shown each day after lunch. In most cases, the movie shown will be within one year of its release date.

A nutritious snack will be provided in the afternoon.

Please be sure to pack the following: appropriate outdoor attire and meat and nut free cold lunch.

Spaces available for (per day): 30

Middle & High School Students: May join as assistants at no cost, but must have a MI Child Information Record on file to participate (see below).

*IMPORTANT* MI Child Information Record

Before registering, please fill out the MI Child Information Record.  This is a “fillable” form which should be downloaded and “saved as” on your computer.  Please email it back to marlowesusselman@jccannarbor.org, or bring it in and give to the staff on the day of the event.  If you are having trouble filling out the form, they will be available on site.

This information is required for every child and only needs to be filled out once during the academic year (you may not use the same form for more than one child.  Forms must be filled out separately).  Those who do not have health information on file, will NOT be allowed to attend KidZone.  Please be sure to update us with any changes in your child/ren’s health and bring in any medications your child may need.
